Dawn AglipayHi, I’m Dawn Aglipay I’ve been teaching in Santa Rosa County for 13years. I spent the bulk of my time at Rhodes Elementary in an ESE preK classroom getting my kiddos ready for kindergarten . I’ve raised three daughters in Santa Rosa county and have three grandchildren in school now. My family including my dogs (Great Danes, a Lab/Dane and a yellow Labrador) fill my evenings and weekends. Danielle TaylorMy name is Danielle Taylor and I have worked for the Santa Rosa School District for 7 years. I started as a paraprofessional working in the Behavior focus unit with K-2 students. I then begin my 3rd year working in an inclusion classroom for K-1st grade. I also did reading intervention as well during my time at Bennett C. Russell. I did my student teaching at Bagdad elementary working in the Pre-k/VPK classroom learning about the importance of hands-on learning in the education world. I have taught a remote access classroom for high school students, as well as the transition classroom for 18–22-year-olds. I have my Masters in Mental Health and Wellness and a Bachelors in Elementary Education with a minor in ESE. I am reading endorsed as well as Exceptional Students Education certified.
I grew up with my dad being in the military and have lived all over the world. I have been married since 2010 and we have five sons that keep us very busy. We also have a mini farm that has added to our busy lifestyle. I am so excited about this new adventure in teaching and cannot wait to work with your child in helping them grow. |
Lisa MaloneyMy name is Lisa Maloney and I was born and raised in Santa Rosa County. I am married and have 2 children, Kristen, 25 and Christopher, 21, who also attended Santa Rosa County Schools. I am also the very proud “Nah Nah” to Karter, the most gorgeous grand daughter ever! In addition, I have 2 SPOILED ROTTEN miniature schnauzers, Heidi and Gretchen, who definitely rule our home! I LOVE ALL THINGS BEACH, spending time with family and friends, and especially enjoy spoiling my grand baby when I can! I have worked in Santa Rosa County Schools for 25 years and have served as a Teachers Assistant, Middle School Co-Taught Teacher, Elementary and PreK Teacher.

Tiffanie Coleman Tiffanie Ives Coleman is the building PDC Administrator and is excited at the opportunity to serve the students and teachers of Santa Rosa. Tiffanie is from Santa Rosa County and has experience working with students of varying exceptionalities across all grade levels. Tiffanie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mild/Moderate Disabilities, Master’s Degree in Emotional Disturbances/Learning Disabilities, and a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership. Prior to Tiffanie’s current position, she was a Program Director of a school for students with Autism, Behavior Specialist, Inclusion Specialist, MTSS Coordinator, and Exceptional Education Teacher. Tiffanie is passionate about ensuring educational relevance for all students with disabilities. Outside of work, Tiffanie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering with non-profit organizations that help families in Santa Rosa County.
Starlinn Phillips Hi, Starlinn Phillips, receptionist for the PDC and a life long resident of Santa Rosa County. I graduated from Milton High School and received a degree from Jefferson Davis Jr. College in Brewton, AL. I have been employed by the Santa Rosa County School Board for 33 years. I have worked at Locklin Technical Center, Adult Learning Center, W. H. Rhodes Elementary and the last 7 year for the ESE Department. I have been married for 28 years and I have 1 daughter.I have enjoyed working with the school system and working with the many students in my 33 years. I enjoy my family and friends. I know I will enjoy being around the youngest students.

Amanda FailingAmanda Failing is the Program Facilitator for Specialized Curriculum, Instruction and Intervention. She holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from The American College of Education and a Bachelor's Degree from The University of West Florida in Elementary Education with Exceptional Student Education certification as well as Reading and ESOL Endorsements. She started as a Reading Mentor through The University of West Florida at Bennett C. Russell Elementary, began teaching at Bagdad Elementary as a first grade teacher at which time she transferred to Bennett C. Russell Elementary as a Varying Exceptionalities Teacher for several years. She then transferred to the ESE Department as a Behavior Focus Classroom teacher for grades 3-5 where she served as the Positive Behavior Intervention Coach, STEAM Innovate Lead Teacher and facilitated school-wide trainings in classroom management and supported literacy initiatives. She then transitioned into the Program Facilitator for Access and Transition age students where she has been the last few years where she was the Teacher of the Year for the Douglas A. Dillon Administrative Complex. She is excited to be a part of the PreK family and looks forward to continuing to support the overall growth of the program.
She attended all area Santa Rosa County Schools prior to college where she met her high school sweetheart and husband. She has two daughters who were born and being raised in Santa Rosa County. She enjoys spending time with her family, anything Disney related and the beach. |
